1- Subject<\/strong><\/p>\n

1.1 <\/strong>This Privacy Policy aims to inform Users about the nature of the personal data collected and processed by \u201cLe Sens du D\u00e9tail\u201d, as well as the purpose of such processing and the Users\u2019 rights regarding the personal data collected. <\/span><\/p>\n

1.2 <\/strong>This Policy shall apply in addition to the <\/span>General Terms and Conditions<\/a> and other documents included in the Contractual Documentation. In the event of any discrepancy between the General Terms and Conditions and these present conditions, the latter shall prevail.<\/span><\/p>\n

1.3 <\/strong>In case of disagreement with this Policy, the User is advised not to use the Site and not to communicate his or her personal data or information.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

2 – Collected data<\/strong><\/p>\n

2.1<\/strong> <\/span>Automatically collected information.<\/em><\/strong> When consulting the Site, certain data about the User is collected automatically (IP address, location, consulted pages of the Site itself, date and time of website visit, cookies, browser preference, operating system, access data, etc.). To learn more about the use of cookies, please refer to the <\/span>Cookie Policy.<\/a><\/p>\n

2.2 Information freely provided by users<\/em>. <\/strong>The User may be asked to provide personal data concerning them to \u201cLe Sens du D\u00e9tail\u201d. The data required to send a Service Request is namely an email address, first name, surname and\/or company name. These data are mandatory and their absence may make it impossible to properly send the Service Request. In addition to the necessary data, optional data may be provided voluntarily by the User. The (mandatory) data necessary for use are mentioned in the forms by the addition of an asterisk or the impossibility of validating the form without filling in the designated field. In addition to the data provided on the Site, the Customer may be required to provide personal data as part of a Service Contract. This data is treated in the same way as the data transmitted through the Site (but is not always digitised).<\/span><\/p>\n

2.3 Information concerning minors <\/em><\/strong>(underaged individuals). No data concerning Users under the age of 18 is collected. Any data that may be collected involuntarily is destroyed in the shortest possible time.<\/span><\/p>\n

3- Use of collected data<\/strong><\/p>\n

3.1 Automatically collected data<\/em><\/strong>. The data collected automatically enables \u201cLe Sens du D\u00e9tail\u201d to analyse the behaviour of Users on the Site, general traffic and preferences, especially in order to optimise and improve the quality of its Services.<\/span><\/p>\n

3.2 Data provided by Users or third parties.<\/em><\/strong> \u201cLe Sens du D\u00e9tail\u201d processes and uses the data necessary to comply with its contractual obligations as well as to monitor compliance with the conditions of use. The processing of this data also makes it possible to provide personalised content to better meet the User’s expectations. <\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

4 – Communication and transmission of data<\/strong><\/p>\n

4.1 <\/strong>The User\u2019s personal data will not be disclosed to third parties with the intention of using them for direct marketing purposes, unless the User has given their consent to the contrary.<\/span><\/p>\n

4.2<\/strong> The User\u2019s personal data may be transmitted or disclosed to third parties in the following cases: (i) for the purpose of executing the contract between the Customer and \u201cLe Sens du D\u00e9tail\u201d. The data collected in the context of a Service Request or during the execution of a Service Agreement may also be used for the purpose of promoting similar or identical items that may be of interest to the User; (ii) in the context of providing services on behalf of \u201cLe Sens du D\u00e9tail\u201d; (iii) where the User has consented; (iv) in joint promotions or programs with (business) partners; (v) where required by law or where communication is reasonably necessary to enforce a court order or respond to a legal claim; (vi) in the event of a merger, acquisition of the company or shares in the company by another company.<\/span><\/p>\n

4.3<\/strong> \u201cLe Sens du D\u00e9tail\u201d reserves the right to anonymise certain data for the purpose of passing it on to third parties for research, statistical or marketing purposes. <\/span><\/p>\n

5 – Users\u2019 rights<\/strong><\/p>\n

5.1<\/strong> <\/span>Right of access.<\/em><\/strong> The User may, at any time, request access to their personal data stored by \u201cLe Sens du D\u00e9tail\u201d. <\/span><\/p>\n

5.2 Right of rectification.<\/em><\/strong> The User whose data is inaccurate or incomplete has the right to obtain their rectification.<\/span><\/p>\n

5.3<\/strong> <\/span>Right of retraction and\/or opposition.<\/em><\/strong> The User may at any time oppose to the collection or processing of certain data concerning them (opting out). This opposition may result in the termination of the use of the Site or provision of Services.<\/span><\/p>\n

5.4<\/strong> <\/span>Right of deletion. <\/em><\/strong>The User has the right to request the deletion of personal data concerning them when their use is no longer necessary or when the User no longer agrees with the processing of his or her data. Such data will thus be deleted as soon as possible, unless otherwise provided by law.<\/span><\/p>\n

6- Security<\/strong><\/p>\n

6.1<\/strong> \u201cLe Sens du D\u00e9tail\u201d takes the protection of its Users’ data very seriously and is committed to treating their personal data confidentially and with the utmost care. More specifically, \u201cLe Sens du D\u00e9tail\u201d takes appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorised access, disclosure, modification or destruction of the data collected in accordance with Art. 7 of the Federal Data Protection Act (DPA) and Art. 8 to 9 of the Ordinance on the Federal Data Protection Act (FDPO). However, \u201cLe Sens du D\u00e9tail\u201d cannot guarantee full and complete protection of data against unauthorised processing due to the risks associated with the use of the Internet and electronic means of communication.<\/span> <\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

7 – Data retention<\/strong><\/p>\n

7.1<\/strong> The data collected by \u201cLe Sens du D\u00e9tail\u201d is retained for as long as the purpose for which it was collected requires it, subject to legal provisions specifying longer data retention periods. After this deadline, all personal data will be deleted.<\/span><\/p>\n

8- Amendments<\/strong><\/p>\n

8.1<\/strong> \u201cLe Sens du D\u00e9tail\u201d reserves the right to modify its Privacy Policy at any time. The amendments will be published on the Site itself and will come into force on the date of online publication.<\/span><\/p>\n
